Heather JY Cheung originates from Hong Kong ancestry, but was born and raised in Edinburgh Scotland. She speaks English and Cantonese fluently excelling in writing traditional Chinese calligraphy. She was once a graduated Print Designer that has succeeded in various competitions in the UK and worked for H&M head office in Stockholm for two years before taking the plunge to follow her passion in tattooing. As it was her biggest dream to be in that profession and has continued to do so for the past 4 years.

She does so enjoy to talk about food ;)

Heather’s tattoo style is much on the illustrative black and dot work side that plays around the themes of folklore, mystical beings and oriental culture. Subconsciously drawing these aspects from her creative paths from her childhood, experience in her textile background and heritage. She does paint unique flash design tattoos weekly available on request.
